Founding Partner Kiyoshi Tsuru contributed an opinion column to the magazine Distrito ABC, in which he discussed the intersection between IP law and AI. He also addressed the public policy and legal framework Mexico must adopt to encourage the development of its national tech industry.

Kiyoshi Tsuru, Founding Partner, appeared in BMA+, the digital channel of the Mexican Bar Association (BMA) to chat about his role as coordinator of the Commission for Intellectual Property at the BMA. Kiyoshi praised the unprecedented work that Dr. Santiago Nieto has done at the helm of IMPI and remarked that he believes that actions like those undertaken by IMPI can be the deciding factor for turning around the 301 report from the USTR in 2026.
