Cristian Aviña, Asociado Senior, gave the keynote address "Intelligence Strategies" during the Forum on Intellectual Property Enforcement and Economic Growth Promotion held on June 26 at the Dr. Raúl Ramos Tercero Auditorium of the Ministry of Economy. Cristian shared his expertise on the legal framework and aspects of law practice that enable Intellectual Property rights holders to request the blocking of websites that contain infringing content, and the seizure of counterfeit goods.

Last Tuesday 8 of July, our Founding Partner, Kiyoshi Tsuru, participated in the Masterclass “Intellectual Property in Video Games,” organized by GDMEX. Kiyoshi joined a panel alongside Michael Lewis and Catie Shawley from the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) to share key perspectives on the legal protection frameworks in Mexico and the United States, as well as strategies for the international positioning of video games developed in our country.
